Ingredients
Prep
- 6 Pork loin chops
- 1/4 C lemon juice
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T minced garlic
- 1 1/2 t dried rosemary
- 1 t dried parsley flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 russet potatoes
- 6 mini frozen corn cobs
On Cooking Day
- 6 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add first 7 ingredients in large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
- Wrap potatoes and corn in foil. Store corn in freezer.
To Cook
- Place foil wrapped corn and potatoes in slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Remove pork chops from bag and grill on indoor or outdoor grill.
- Serve with green salad.
