Ingredients
Prep
- 2 lb large raw peeled shrimp
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 1 T minced garlic
- 2 T lemon juice
On Cooking Day
- 1/4 C chopped fresh basil
- 2 C orzo pasta
- 4 C chicken broth
- 1/2 C fine grated parmesan cheese
- 16 oz frozen broccoli
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
- Cook shrimp in skillet on medium heat for 4-5 minutes (or until shrimp turns pink and begins to curl).
- Garnish shrimp with chopped basil.
- Cook orzo with chicken broth. Add parmesan cheese when finished cooking (drain first if there is too much liquid).
- Cook broccoli according to package directions.
