Ingredients
Prep
- 32 oz cauliflower florets
- 1 1/2 C heavy cream
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 T spicy brown mustard
- 1 T minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 C shredded pepper jack cheese or Monterrey Jack Cheese
On Cooking Day
- 1/4 C real bacon bits optional
Instructions
To Assemble
- Chop cauliflower into bite size pieces and add to large zipper bag.
- Mix next 6 ingredients in a small bowl with lid.
To Cook
- Pour cauliflower into slow cooker along with cheese mixture and mix well. Cook on low for 4-5 hours. Top with bacon bits.
