Ingredients

Prep
  • 32 oz cauliflower florets
  • 1 1/2 C heavy cream
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 T spicy brown mustard
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 C shredded pepper jack cheese or Monterrey Jack Cheese
On Cooking Day
  • 1/4 C real bacon bits optional

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Chop cauliflower into bite size pieces and add to large zipper bag.
  2. Mix next 6 ingredients in a small bowl with lid.
To Cook
  1. Pour cauliflower into slow cooker along with cheese mixture and mix well. Cook on low for 4-5 hours. Top with bacon bits.
