Ingredients
Prep
- 2 lb ground beef cooked
- 1/2 C frozen onion
- 2 C jar spaghetti sauce
- 3 C shredded Mozzarella
- 8 oz sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 T butter
On Cooking Day
- 8 C salad greens
- 1/2 C finely grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
To Assemble
- Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Add meat, onion, sauce and stir well. In a separate bowl, combine cheese and sour cream. Layer cheese mixture over meat.
- Unroll crescent rolls (do not separate triangles) and place on top of casserole dish.
- Place butter in small container with lid.
To Cook
- Melt butter and brush over dough. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
- Serve with salad
