Italian Crescent Casserole – C
salad

Ingredients

Prep
  • 2 lb ground beef cooked
  • 1/2 C frozen onion
  • 2 C jar spaghetti sauce
  • 3 C shredded Mozzarella
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 T butter
On Cooking Day
  • 8 C salad greens
  • 1/2 C finely grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Add meat, onion, sauce and stir well. In a separate bowl, combine cheese and sour cream. Layer cheese mixture over meat.
  2. Unroll crescent rolls (do not separate triangles) and place on top of casserole dish.
  3. Place butter in small container with lid.
To Cook
  1. Melt butter and brush over dough. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
  2. Serve with salad
