Ingredients
Prep
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 15 oz canned chickpeas
- 7 oz artichoke hearts
- 2.25 oz sliced black olives
- 4 oz sliced deli salami
On Cooking Day
- 4 C salad greens
- 3 slices provolone cheese
- 1/3 C vinaigrette dressing Italian vinaigrette
Instructions
To Assemble
- Slice cherry tomatoes and chop artichoke hearts.
- Add all ingredients to large bowl with lid.
To Cook
- Tear cheese slices into bite-sized pieces and add to salad.
- Add salad greens and cheese to chopped salad. Mix well.
- Drizzle with vinaigrette dressing.
