Ingredients
Prep
- 24 oz ground beef cooked
- 8 oz refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 C salsa
- 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 green onions
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- 8 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Unroll crescent roll dough and press into the bottom of the prepared dish to form a crust.
- Layer meat, salsa, and cheese on top of dough.
- Slice green onions and place in small container with lid.
To Cook
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Cut into squares and serve with green onions on top.
- Serve with salad
