Ground Beef Casserole – C
salad

Prep
  • 24 oz ground beef cooked
  • 8 oz refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 C salsa
  • 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 green onions
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 8 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Unroll crescent roll dough and press into the bottom of the prepared dish to form a crust.
  2. Layer meat, salsa, and cheese on top of dough.
  3. Slice green onions and place in small container with lid.
To Cook
  1. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Cut into squares and serve with green onions on top.
  2. Serve with salad
