Ingredients
Prep
- 4 oz low fat cream cheese
- 1 T honey Dijon mustard
- 6 sub rolls
- 1/2 lbs deli sliced ham
- 12 sliced colby jack cheese
- 16 oz frozen vegetable mix
- 2 T minced garlic
- 1 t Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- dash hot sauce optional
On Cooking Day
- 32 oz tomato juice bottled
- 2 C water
Instructions
To Assemble
- Mix first 2 ingredients in a small bowl until blended.
- Open sub rolls and spread cream cheese mixture on each. Top each with ham and cheese. Place tops on and store in large zipper bag.
- Add last 5 ingredients to another large zipper bag. Zip and shake to mix.
To Cook
- Thaw before cooking.
- Place subs indoor grill (George Foreman) or wrap in foil and warm in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
- Pour vegetable mix, tomato juice and water into saucepan and heat on medium/high heat. Simmer 15 minutes.

Omit ham and use turkey or roast beef
