Ingredients
Prep
- 5 boneless chicken breasts cutlets (thin cut)
- 1/4 C buffalo wing sauce or Franks Red Hot Sauce
- 1 bag cole slaw mix
- 1/2 C mayonnaise
- 1/4 C blue cheese crumbles
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T lemon juice
On Cooking Day
- 10 C salad greens
- 3/4 C ranch dressing or blue cheese
Instructions
To Assemble
- Place chicken in large zipper bag with wing sauce. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
- Pour cole slaw shreds into large zipper bag. Mix next 4 ingredients in small bowl and pour over cole slaw. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
- Grill or brown chicken in skillet until cooked through.
- Fill containers equally with salad greens, cole slaw and sliced chicken. Fill souffle cups with dressing.
