Ingredients
Prep
- 1 1/2 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 C frozen onion
- 3 t minced garlic
- 3/4 C pesto sauce
- 3/4 C chicken broth
On Cooking Day
- 1 lb whole wheat spaghetti or zucchini noodles
- 1/4 C fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to a large zipper bag. Zip to seal. Shake to mix.
To Cook
- Place shrimp mixture into skillet and cook until shrimp turn pink.
- Boil pasta according to package directions. Mix shrimp mixture with pasta.
- Serve with green salad.
