Garlic Butter Pork Tenderloin - CE

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 1/2 pork tenderloin
  • 1 T Italian seasoning
  • 4 t minced garlic
  • 1/2 t onion powder
  • 4 T olive oil
  • 1/4 C butter
  • 2 t dried parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb baby gold potatoes
On Cooking Day
  • 1 bag frozen broccoli florets

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add pork tenderloin to a large zipper bag.
  2. Chop potatoes in bite size pieces and place in zipper bag with pork. Add oil, italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to bag. Zip and shake to mix.
  3. Place parsley, butter, garlic, and onion powder in a small microwave bowl with lid.
To Cook
  1. Place pork and potatoes onto large baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with non stick spray.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
  3. Microwave butter mixture and pour over pork before serving.
  4. Cook broccoli according to package directions.
