Ingredients
Prep
- 1 loaf French bread whole, unsliced
- 8 oz pesto sauce
- 4 C shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 t crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 C cooked shredded chicken
On Cooking Day
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 10 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Slice french bread in half lengthwise. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and store in freezer.
- Add remaining ingredients to a large zipper bag. Shake to mix well.
To Cook
- Thaw before cooking.
- Spread cheese/pesto mixture onto each half of french bread loaf.
- Slice tomatoes in half and top pizza.
- Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve with salad.
