Ingredients
Prep
- 2 green onions
- 3 C shredded cooked chicken deli rotisserie
- 2 C frozen peas and carrots
- 1/3 C liquid aminos
- 3 T sesame oil
- 1 t garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- 3 bags frozen rice steamers
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 20 oz broccoli florets
Instructions
To Assemble
- Chop green onions and add to large bowl with lid along with next 2 ingredients.
- mix last 4 ingredients in a small bowl with lid.
To Cook
- Cook rice according to package directions and set aside.
- Add oil, chicken mixture to skillet until hot. Add egg and mix until cooked. Add in rice and liquid amino mixture and stir until heated through.
- Cook broccoli according to package directions.
