Ingredients
Prep
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 C shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 C shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 t dry mustard powder
- 1/4 t paprika
- 1/2 t garlic salt
On Cooking Day
- 1 C beer
- 2 pkg frozen soft pretzel bites or frozen soft pretzels
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to a bowl with lid.
To Cook
- Pour cheese mixture into slow cooker along with beer and cook on high for 2 hours. Stir occasionally. *cook time will vary based on size of slow cooker. We used the Little Dipper size.
- Cook pretzels according to package directions.
