Crockpot Beer Cheese Dip with Soft Pretzel Bites

Ingredients

Prep
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 C shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 C shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 t dry mustard powder
  • 1/4 t paprika
  • 1/2 t garlic salt
On Cooking Day
  • 1 C beer
  • 2 pkg frozen soft pretzel bites or frozen soft pretzels

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl with lid.
To Cook
  1. Pour cheese mixture into slow cooker along with beer and cook on high for 2 hours. Stir occasionally. *cook time will vary based on size of slow cooker. We used the Little Dipper size.
  2. Cook pretzels according to package directions.
