Ingredients
Prep
- 6 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 t basil
- 2 t dried parsley flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 C sun dried tomatoes in olive oil
On Cooking Day
- 1/2 C chicken broth
- 1 C heavy cream
- 2 bag frozen brown rice steamer
- 16 oz frozen green beans
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
- Pour chicken into slow cooker, add chicken broth and cook on low for 6 hours. *may be baked in a 400 degree oven for 20-30 minutes (omit broth if baking).
- Add heavy cream last 15 minutes of cook time.
- Cook rice and green beans according to package directions.
