Ingredients
Prep
- 12 chicken tenderloins
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 1 C salsa
- 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
On Cooking Day
- 1 bag frozen corn
- 2 bag frozen brown rice steamers
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add chicken to a baking dish sprayed with non stick spray. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and salsa together until combined. Then spread over the chicken.
- Top with cheddar cheese and cover dish.
To Cook
- Bake chicken at 400 for 35-40 or until cooked through.
- Cook corn and rice according to package directions.
