Creamy Salsa Chicken- C

Ingredients

Prep
  • 12 chicken tenderloins
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 C sour cream
  • 1 C salsa
  • 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
On Cooking Day
  • 1 bag frozen corn
  • 2 bag frozen brown rice steamers

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add chicken to a baking dish sprayed with non stick spray. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and salsa together until combined. Then spread over the chicken.
  2. Top with cheddar cheese and cover dish.
To Cook
  1. Bake chicken at 400 for 35-40 or until cooked through.
  2. Cook corn and rice according to package directions.
