Ingredients
Needed for Assembly
- 6 oz fresh spinach
- 1/3 C pesto sauce
- 1 C chicken broth or water
- 15 oz jar Alfredo sauce
- 2 C cooked shredded chicken from deli rotisserie
- 25 oz frozen cheese ravioli
Needed on Cooking Day
- 1 C shredded Italian cheese blend
- 10 C salad greens
Instructions
Assembly
- Chop spinach and set aside.
- Mix pesto and broth.
- Layer in a baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Ravioli, pesto, spinach, chicken and repeat until all ingredients are used topping with Alfredo sauce.
- Cover with foil.
Cooking
- Bake covered in a 400 degree oven for 25-35 minutes or until center is cooked through.
- Top with cheese and bake long enough to melt.
- Serve with salad.
