Chicken and Spinach Ravioli Bake

Ingredients

Needed for Assembly
  • 6 oz fresh spinach
  • 1/3 C pesto sauce
  • 1 C chicken broth or water
  • 15 oz jar Alfredo sauce
  • 2 C cooked shredded chicken from deli rotisserie
  • 25 oz frozen cheese ravioli
Needed on Cooking Day
  • 1 C shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 10 C salad greens

Instructions

Assembly
  1. Chop spinach and set aside.
  2. Mix pesto and broth.
  3. Layer in a baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray.
  4. Ravioli, pesto, spinach, chicken and repeat until all ingredients are used topping with Alfredo sauce.
  5. Cover with foil.
Cooking
  1. Bake covered in a 400 degree oven for 25-35 minutes or until center is cooked through.
  2. Top with cheese and bake long enough to melt.
  3. Serve with salad.
