Ingredients
Prep
- 8 T butter
- 4 C deli rotiserre chicken shredded
- 2 C milk
- 2 C biscuit mix or self rising flour
- 10 oz cream of chicken soup
- 2 C chicken broth
- 1/2 t dried sage
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- 1 pkg frozen green beans
Instructions
To Assemble
- Melt butter and pour in the bottom of a casserole dish. Layer chicken over butter and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix milk and biscuit mix and pour over chicken. Cover.
- Mix last 4 ingredients in a bowl with lid.
To Cook
- Whisk broth mixture well and pour over casserole. Bake at 400 for around 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve with green beans.
