Ingredients
Prep
- 18 chicken tenders
- 1/2 C buffalo wing sauce
- 1 bag shredded cabbage slaw
- 1/4 C mayonnaise
- 1/4 C blue cheese crumbles
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce or liquid aminos
- 1 T lemon juice
On Cooking Day
- 1 pkg celery sticks
- 3 avocados
Instructions
To Assemble
- Place chicken in large zipper bag with wing sauce. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
- Pour coleslaw shreds into large zipper bag. Mix next 4 ingredients in small bowl and pour over coleslaw. Zip to seal and squish around to mix
To Cook
- Grill or brown chicken in skillet until cooked through.
- Serve chicken topped with blue cheese cole slaw.
- Serve with avocado slices and celery.

*Substitute the buffalo chicken for ranch chicken tenders (marinade in 1 packet of dry ranch dressing powder), shredded lettuce and ranch dressing for those who do not like spicy.
