Ingredients
Prep
- 2 lbs smoked sausage
- 2 C BBQ sauce
- 1 T dry ranch seasoning
- 6 frozen mini corn cobs
- 6 baking potatoes
On Cooking Day
- 1 C BBQ sauce
- potato toppings (butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon bits) butter, sour cream, bacon bits, cheese
- 6 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add first 3 ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal.
- Wrap each corn cob and potato individually in foil.
To Cook
- Add sausage mixture to crock.
- Add a layer of foil and pile corn and potatoes on top.
- Cook on low for 4 - 5 hours.
- Serve sausage with extra sauce, corn, potatoes and green salad.
