2 lbs smoked sausage
2 C BBQ sauce
1 T dry ranch seasoning
6 frozen mini corn cobs
6 baking potatoes
On Cooking Day
1 C BBQ sauce
potato toppings (butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon bits) butter, sour cream, bacon bits, cheese
6 C salad greens
Add first 3 ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal.
Wrap each corn cob and potato individually in foil.
Add sausage mixture to crock.
Add a layer of foil and pile corn and potatoes on top.
Cook on low for 4 – 5 hours.
Serve sausage with extra sauce, corn, potatoes and green salad.
