Ingredients
Prep
- 1 lb brussel sprouts
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 t dried thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- 1/4 C bacon jam
- 1 T apple cider vinegar
Instructions
To Assemble
- Slice brussels in half and add to large zipper bag with remaining ingredients.
To Cook
- Pour Brussels sprouts onto large baking dish sprayed with non stick spray.
- Bake in a 425 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Mix bacon jam and apple cider vinegar and toss with warm Brussels.
