Ingredients
Prep
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 6 oz marinated artichoke hearts
- 4 oz sliced salami
- 1/4 red onion
- 5 oz black olives
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese pearls
- 2 t dried basil
- 2 t dried parsley flakes
- 1 C zesty Italian salad dressing
On Cooking Day
- 10 oz rotini pasta
- 1/2 C zesty Italian salad dressing
- 10 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Chop tomatoes, artichokes and salami into bite size pieces and add to medium bowl with lid.
- Slice onion into thin strips and add to same bowl along with remaining ingredients. Cover and shake well.
To Cook
- Cook pasta according to package directions and mix well with salami mixture.
- Add extra dressing if needed.
- Serve with salad.
