Paleo Ginger Beef

  •

Paleo Ginger Beef Un-kebobs.  So what is an “Un-kebob” anyway?  Well its the kebob without the stick…….. because, prepping 5 dinners in 1 hour makes little time for skewering meat and vegetables in a pretty pattern on a thin piece of wood.  And HELLOO time saver…..your food is already cut up for you (and your kids)……AND it cooks in about 7 minutes!  I SAID S E V E N MINUTES folks!

Paleo ginger steak, in a clear plastic bag with pineapple, asparagus, and sliced red bell peppers.

As always, we make our meals ahead so we can eat in as little as 7 minutes on a busy weeknight.  Toss it all into a large zipper bag or container with lid if the zipper bag offends you.   Did she just say S E V E N minutes?  YES, she (I) did!  That is less time than going through the drive through.

Asparagus, chopped pineapples, sliced red bell peppers, and steak all placed on one pan ready to be cooked.

When your ready to cook this beautiful masterpiece of a meal. Pour it out onto a baking sheet and stay close for this one.  You want to watch it so it does not over cook.  All our ovens are different. Your 7 minutes may actually be 5 or 11.   An oven from 1950 isn’t going to cook the same as one from 1985 or 2016, etc. You get where I am going.  It’s 7 minutes, of watching this beauty cook or 7 minutes in a drive thru looking at a brick wall.  Your choice.

Asparagus, chopped pineapples, sliced red bell peppers, and steak all placed on one pan ready.

I cut this recipe in half here so don’t panic, you will have enough food to feed your herd.

Take that, Golden Arches!  Can’t get this from a small window on the side of a building.

Asparagus, chopped pineapples, sliced red bell peppers, and steak all placed on a white plate ready to be eaten.
