I don’t know why the kids love everything peanut butter but they do. This One Pan Peanut Chicken recipe will help you feed the take out (and one pan dinner) craving in a healthy way.
I have not found many things that I can’t make on one pan!! Kinda digging this fewer dishes to wash gig.
Toss it all on the pan, set a timer and walk away. What could you do with an extra 20 minutes a day?
I just don’t believe in standing over a hot stove every single night so these sheet pan dinners were designed for you to get almost a full meal and sometimes a full meal on one pan that you can toss in the oven and come back when the timer goes off.
This One Pan Peanut Chicken can be served with a side of rice or just as it is. Everyone gobbled up that broccoli. I know, weird with peanut sauce on it but they loved it! Use a little soy sauce when serving if you want to add more flavor.
