Wait?!?! Slow Cooker Taco Meat?!?!? What?? Yes! That is what is!! It is a little coo-coo crazy but it does work. Great for making big batches to freeze for later. Anything that keeps me from standing over a hot stove is a winner in my book!!
Why have we been slaving over a hot stove top all these years? This is so much easier. Plus it can cook all day while you do other things. #winning!
I even mix turkey, beef, pork and chicken to lighten things up while adding flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound extra lean ground beef
- 1 canned diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning mix
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip and squish around to mix well. This is an important step to get the seasoning and tomatoes mixed in well.
- Pour into slow cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Drain well and enjoy.
