Oh this is a good one. I will be making it often!
1 can black beans
1 C. frozen corn
1 can mild Rotel (this must be mild or use plain diced tomatoes)
3 frozen chicken breasts
1 package ranch dressing mix (the powdered kind)
1 t cumin
1 T chili powder
1 t onion powder
8 oz cream cheese
Drain and rinse black beans in colander.
Add beans and next 8 ingredients to large zipper bag (if making ahead, then zip and squish to mix) or add to slow cooker if making now. Add 1/2 C. water and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
