Ingredients
Prep
- 2 lb cooked ham steaks
- 2 bell peppers any color
- 20 oz pineapple chunks or 2 C fresh
- 1/2 C orange marmalade
- 2 T yellow mustard
- 1/4 t ground cloves
On Cooking Day
- 2 bag steamers rice
Instructions
To Assemble
- Chop ham and bell peppers into bite size pieces and add to large zipper bag with pineapple chunks.
- Mix last 3 ingredients in a small bowl and pour over ham mixture. Zip and shake well to mix.
To Cook
- Pour ham mixture on to baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray.
- Broil for 5-7 minutes.
- Cook rice according to package directions.
