Ingredients
Prep
- 8 oz crushed pineapple
- 2 lb stew beef
- 1/3 C Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 t soy sauce
- 1 C frozen chopped onion
- 1/4 t red pepper flakes more or less to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- 1 bag frozen mashed potato steamer
- 16 oz green beans
Instructions
To Assemble
- Drain pineapple and place in large zipper bag with all remaining ingredients. Zip and shake to mix.
To Cook
- Pour beef mixture in slow cooker and cook on low 7-8 hours or until beef is tender.
- Cook mashed potatoes and green beans according to package directions.
