Ingredients

Prep
  • 3 t minced garlic
  • 2 T minced ginger
  • 2 T Sriracha sauce
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 2 T honey
On Cooking Day
  • parchment paper
  • 6 salmon fillets
  • black pepper to taste
  • 18 oz sugar snap peas
  • 18 oz frozen carrots

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add all 5 ingredients to a small bowl with a lid and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate.
To Cook
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place salmon fillets on top of the parchment. Spoon the marinade over the top of the fillets and sprinkle with black pepper as desired.
  2. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes or until salmon reaches desired level of doneness.
  3. Prepare sugar snap peas and carrots per package instructions and serve.
