Ingredients
Prep
- 2 lb chicken sausage cooked or smoked
- 1 bell pepper any color
- 20 oz frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/4 C BBQ sauce
- 2 T maple syrup
- 2 t hot sauce
On Cooking Day
- 2 bag steamers rice
- 20 oz frozen green beans
Instructions
To Assemble
- Chop sausage and bell pepper into bite size pieces and add to large zipper bag along with next 4 ingredients. Zip and shake to mix.
To Cook
- Pour sausage mixture onto large baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray.
- Broil for 5-7 minutes. Watch closely to not burn.
- Cook rice and green beans according to package directions.
