Ingredients
Prep
- 2 lb lean stew meat
- 1/4 C water
- 1 C frozen chopped bell pepper
- 3 T dry ranch seasoning
- 1 oz packet au jus gravy mix
- 4 T butter
On Cooking Day
- 1 1/2 C water
- 24 oz egg noodles
- 16 oz frozen green beans
- 8 C salad greens
- 3 T cornstarch
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip and shake to mix.
To Cook
- Stir cornstarch into water. Pour stew meat mixture into slow cooker along with water mixture and cook on low for 10 hours.
- Cook noodles and green beans according to package directions. Serve meat and sauce over noodles.
