Ingredients

- 8 egg
- 1 C milk
- 2 T flour
- 1/4 t paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz canned chopped green chilies
- 1 bell pepper any color
- 1/4 C fresh cilantro
- 1 C sharp cheddar cheese
On Cooking Day
- 1 pint strawberries
- 1/2 lb grapes
Instructions
To Assemble
- In a blender, blend first 8 ingredients. Add cheese and pulse to mix. Put lid on blender and store in refrigerator.
- Wash grapes and strawberries and store in large container with lid.
To Cook
- Pour egg mixture into a casserole dish sprayed with non stick spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Serve with mixed fruit.

Ingredients
- 1 pork spareribs a rack or two
- 1 bottle BBQ sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Cut ribs rack in half to fit into slow cooker. Place half rack in slow cooker. Layer with sauce, repeat.
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- Serve with more sauce if desired.
