Ingredients
Prep
- 2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 3/4 C pesto
- 2 T dry ranch seasoning
On Cooking Day
- 1/2 C chicken broth
- 1 bag frozen peas
- 2 bag frozen rice steamers
Instructions
To Assemble
- Place all ingredients in large zipper bag, zip to seal and squish to mix.
To Cook
- Place chicken mixture and broth in slow cooker and cook on low 6-7 hours.
- Cook rice and peas according to package directions.
