Ingredients
Prep
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 3/4 C chili sauce
- 3/4 C grape jelly
- 1 t onion powder
- 2 C frozen onion
- 2 T cornstarch
- 2 T water
On Cooking Day
- 10 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Place first 5 ingredients in a large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish to mix.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl with lid.
To Cook
- Place chicken in slow cooker on low for 7-8 hours.
- Stir cornstarch and water and add to slow cooker. Let sit uncovered until thickened (about 10 minutes).
- Serve with salad.
