Ingredients
Prep
- 6 chicken thighs
- 1/3 C brown sugar
- 2 T minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- 16 oz frozen green beans
- 2 pkg frozen rice steamers
Instructions
To Assemble
- Place all ingredients in a large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
- Place thighs skin side up in slow cooker and cook on low 8 hours. *may also be grilled.
- Cook green beans and rice according to package directions.
