Ingredients
Prep
- 2 lb frozen meatballs
- 20 oz can pineapple chunks drained
- 20 oz teriyaki sauce
- 1 t garlic powder
On Cooking Day
- 6 C salad greens
- 2 pkg frozen rice steamers
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to a large zipper bag. Zip to seal and shake to mix.
To Cook
- Place meatballs in slow cooker on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Serve with green salad.
