Ingredients
Prep
- 2 lb beef round steak thick cut
- 1/3 C apple juice
- 1/3 C Heinz 57 sauce
- 1 1/2 T Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1 iceberg lettuce head
- 6 baking potatoes
- 6 frozen corn cobs
- foil
On Cooking Day
- 3/4 C bleu cheese dressing
- 6 oz crumbled bleu cheese optional
- 1/4 C real bacon bits
- potato toppings (butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon bits) optional
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add the first 4 ingredients to a zipper bag, and smoosh to combine.
- Cut the iceberg into wedges and store in a zipper bag.
- Wrap each potato in a piece of foil. Do the same with each corn cob, and store in a zipper bag.
To Cook
- Put steak in a slow cooker and top with a piece of foil. Add potatoes and corn on top of the foil. Cook for 6-8 hours on low.
- Add lettuce wedges to a plate or platter. Drizzle lettuce with dressing and sprinkle with bleu cheese crumbles and bacon bits. Serve with steak, potatoes, and corn.
