Ingredients
Prep
- 3 C chicken broth or water
- 10 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 oz dry onion soup mix
- 6 mini frozen corn cobs
On Cooking Day
- 6 pork chops
- 1 1/2 C uncooked rice
- 10 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add first 3 ingredients to a bowl with lid.
- Wrap each corn cob in foil and keep in freezer.
To Cook
- Pour rice into slow cooker and place pork chops on top.
- Pour soup/broth mixture over top. Cover with a sheet of foil and top with foil wrapped corn cobs.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Serve with salad.
