Ingredients
Prep
- 1 1/2 lb extra lean ground beef
- 1 C frozen chopped onions
- 1 C frozen chopped bell peppers
- 2 T minced garlic
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T onion powder
- 1 T steak sauce A1 or similar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 mini frozen corn cobs
On Cooking Day
- 1/2 C beef broth
- 1 bag chips any flavor
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 6 hamburger buns
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add first 7 ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip and squish around to break up meat.
- Wrap corn cobs in foil and store in freezer until cook day.
To Cook
- Pour meat mixture into slow cooker along with beef broth.
- Add a sheet of foil and layer foil wrapped corn cobs on top and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Drain meat and Use a potato masher to break up meat before serving.
- Serve with chips.
