Ingredients
Prep
- 1 1/2 lbs round steak
- 1/4 C flour GF ok
- 1 C frozen chopped onion
- 16 oz frozen chopped bell peppers
- 14 oz can Italian style tomatoes
- 2 T minced garlic
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T steak sauce
- 1 T steak seasoning Montreal
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- 1 C beef broth
- 2 bag frozen steamers rice
Instructions
To Assemble
- Slice steak into 1 inch strips and add to large zipper bag.
- Add remaining ingredients to steak. Zip to seal.
To Cook
- Slow Cook: Pour contents of bag into slow cooker along with beef broth. Cook on low 8 hours.
- Instant Pot: Pour contents of bag into slow cooker along with beef broth. Cook 15 minutes. Quick release pressure.
- Cook rice according to package directions.
