Ingredients
Prep
- 4 T minced garlic
- 1/2 C butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 T dried parsley flakes
On Cooking Day
- 2 lb gold potatoes
- 1 C chicken broth
- 3/4 C milk
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl with lid.
To Cook
- Pour potatoes and broth into slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high 4 hours.
- Before mashing, use a fork to scrape and skin the potatoes if desired.
- Add butter mixture and milk (a little at a time until desired consistency) and mash with masher or electric mixer.
