Ingredients
Prep
- 3 boneless chicken breast or thighs
- 2 T dry ranch seasoning
- 1 T minced garlic
On Cooking Day
- 4 C chicken broth
- 8 oz spaghetti noodles
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 16 oz frozen green beans
- 6 C salad greens
- 1 box Texas Toast
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to a large zipper bag.
To Cook
- Add chicken mixture to slow cooker, add broth and cook on low for 6 hours. Then remove chicken and place in a medium bowl with lid.
- Turn slow cooker to high and add noodles to chicken broth in the slow cooker. Cook noodles for 20-30 minutes until soft, stirring halfway through cook time.
- Shred chicken with two forks and set cream cheese in same dish to soften. When noodles are cooked, mix cream cheese and chicken well, then mix in with pasta before serving.
- Cook green beans and Texas toast according to package directions. Serve with green beans, salad and Texas toast.
