Ingredients
Prep
- 2 lbs beef roast any cut
- 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
On Cooking Day
- 2 C beef broth
- 6 sandwich buns
- 6 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 bag chips any kind
- 10 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to a large zipper bag.
To Cook
- Add roast and beef broth to slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Shred beef and top buns with beef and cheese.
- Serve with chips and salad.
