Ingredients
Prep
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 C beef broth
- 10 oz can diced tomatoes and green chiles Ro-tel
- 6 oz real bacon bits
- 1 t dried parsley
On Cooking Day
- 1 1/2 lb frozen meatballs
- 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 10 C salad greens
- 1 bag frozen french fries
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to a medium container with lid. Mix well and cover.
To Cook
- Add meatballs and cream cheese mixture to slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 hours. Instant Pot: cook 8 minutes. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese and let melt before serving.
- Cook french fries according to package directions. Use any extra sauce in the slow cooker as a dip for the french fries.
- Serve with salad.
